Business E-Waste Recycling
If a business has a small number of computer equipment pieces (fewer than 15 complete systems), the disposal fee is $5 per computer and $5 per television, beginning August 9, 2008. Businesses with larger amounts can view the list of electronics recyclers on this page under "Related Files" for helpful recycling information.
Drop-off Information:
Drop-offs at RIRRC are during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Once you enter the RIRRC property on Shun Pike, follow the signs to the Eco-Depot & computer drop-off area.
When dropping off computers for recycling, please do not pack the computer equipment in cardboard boxes with the styrofoam. Please recycle cardboard as you normally would and throw away the styrofoam. Also, please unplug all cables and the mouse, if still attached.
