The Washington Trust Company will hold a free Community Shred Day at The United Way of Rhode Island, 50 Valley St., on Saturday, May 4th from 10:00am-12:00pm. Everyone, including Washington Trust customers and non-customers alike, are invited to take part in the event and have their documents shredded. There is a two box maximum per person.

Donations of personal hygiene items will be accepted to benefit Rhode Islanders in need though Amenity Aid's services.
