Now offering all presentations virtually! 

Resource Recovery professionals are available to present to Rhode Island groups (government entities, schools, businesses, institutions, organizations, housing communities) at no cost. Presentations must be requested at least two weeks in advance, and are not booked until Resource Recovery staff confirms with you. Please determine which type of presentation you need, and fill out the request form below. If you are looking for multiple presentations, please fill out a form for each.

  • Resource Recovery Educator / Program Staff Presentation: Choose from a variety of topics such as waste reduction and reuse, recycling, and composting. For program descriptions click here. These presentations are assigned to the appropriate staff for the topic and audience and can be delivered with or without the use of technology. Presentations are typically 1-hour in length, but can be tailored to meet your scheduling needs. If you are just looking for us to table with information at an event click here.
  • MaxMan Presentation: MaxMan is RI’s recycling superhero. He helps young Rhode Islanders learn how to recycle. MaxMan presentations are available to groups of 50+ and are best appreciated by students in grades K-3 or families with young children. A Resource Recovery educator is often best suited for Grades 4-6, but we leave this to your discretion. Presentations are typically 45-minutes in length but can be tailored to meet your scheduling needs. If you are just looking for MaxMan to be on-hand at an event click here.
