If you detect objectionable odors outside of the Johnston community, please contact your local Department of Public Works (DPW) or RI Department of Environmental Management (RIDEM) Office of Compliance and Inspection (OC&I) via email at DEM.Compliance2@dem.ri.gov or via phone during normal business hours at (401) 222-1360.
